With a background in fine carpet and upholstery care, Harry has built a business grounded in expertise and integrity. He is an IICRC-Certified Master Textile Cleaner, the highest designation in our industry, and a WoolSafe® Approved Fabric Care Specialist — committed to using safe, fibre-specific cleaning methods that protect even the most delicate of materials. 

Harry continuously expands his education by attending industry training sessions, certification courses, and global conventions. In 2024, he travelled to Texas for a hands-on rug cleaning course not yet offered in Canada — just one example of his ongoing pursuit of excellence.

What cleaning solutions do you use?
We carry non-toxic, safe cleaning solutions, especially if you have allergies, pets, or are fragrance-sensitive. We also carry non-toxic, fragranced cleaning products that do not fall under the eco-friendly category. Upon inspecting the item to be cleaned, we will give you our recommendation based on the soiling condition, but you have the final say and approval.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
We have WorkSafeBC coverage and commercial liability insurance coverage. A copy is available upon request.

How often should my carpets and upholstery be cleaned?
Typically, carpets should be cleaned every 12 months, and upholstery every 12 to 18 months, but this can vary based on usage and soiling. Manufacturer-approved protectors are recommended and optional to preserve the item.

What is your experience and expertise?
We have been in business for over 28 years and have earned one of the best reputations in our community for unsurpassed workmanship and service excellence.

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties on your services?
If you are not completely thrilled with the service experience you received, we will rush back and do it again. If you are still unimpressed, we will refund your money 100%. We do not want anyone in our community to feel they have paid us for something they did not receive.

How long will the cleaning process take, and how long will it take for my carpets and upholstery to dry?
After speaking with you on the phone to get an idea of the scope of the work involved, with will give an estimated time to complete and confirm upon inspection on-site.

What additional services do you offer?
Our service offerings include: cleaning of carpets, upholstery, area rugs, tile floors, and hardwood, and application of manufacturer-approved protectors.

Can I see references or reviews from previous clients?
Absolutely, they are available online on Google, Facebook, and wherever our clients have chosen to share their service experience with us.

What is your pricing structure?
Typically based on square footage and number of stairs. For upholstery, it depends on size, whether there are looseback cushions, bolster cushions, foam, or down-filled. A picture will help, or an on-site consultation is available to you at no charge. It will provide a better overall experience and more accurate pricing.

How do you prepare for a cleaning job?
Upon entering your home, our technician will place plastic booties over his shoes. He will ask for a tour and will take note of fibre type, whether its natural or synthetic. He will document area description and square footage pointing out any potential challenges for discussion.
